Shipping Domestic

 

Address Accuracy

Make sure you get your items! If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.

 

General Address Tips 

Providing us with error-free shipping and billing addresses will avoid unnecessary delays and get your packages delivered as quickly as possible. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

  1. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
  2. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.
  3. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
  4. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.
  5. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields.

 

General Shipping Information

When orders are received during business hours, we will try to get the order out the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a maximum of two business days.

All orders received before 3PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the following business day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on the following business day. If there is an urgent matter with shipping, please email us as soon as possible to notify us. Once the shipment is complete it is very difficult to make changes and there will also be additional shipping and restocking fees.

For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

 

Shipping Policy
Mimmic ships to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 
No extra shipping charges apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, however these shipments take additional time.

Our Standard Shipping costs $4.95 US dollars, and the estimated delivery time is (business days only) 3-5 days.

Our Priority Shipping costs $9.95 US dollars, and the estimated delivery time is (business days only) 2-3 days.

We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $75 dollars and up within the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Estimated delivery time (business days only) 3-5 days.

We offer a discounted fee of $4.95 US dollars on all domestic orders of $75 dollars and up within the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada) who are requesting Priority Shipping.  Estimated delivery time (business days only) 2-3 days. 

 

Shipping delivery times
Domestic orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday 9am to 3pm EST). A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Mimmic is not responsible for and is excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.

 

Standard or Priority Delivery

Choose Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery time (business days only) 3-5 days. $4.95 US dollars (Flat Rate).
Choose Priority Shipping. Estimated delivery time (business days only) 2-3 days. $9.95 US dollars (Flat Rate).

 

Tracking shipments

Once you place an order, Mimmic will send you a personalized email within one business day and provide you with an order confirmation number. While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to ‘shipped’ and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping carrier tracking number.

You can review the status of your order numbers by logging into your Mimmic Account and viewing your order history online. By clicking on the carrier tracking number, you can view the detailed delivery status of your order. By placing an order with Mimmic, you consent to receive email from Mimmic regarding your order.

 

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Mimmic will under no circumstances process tax refunds.

Duties & Taxes

Shipping fees do not include duties and taxes charged by the country of destination. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

International orders over $500 dollars (Canadian orders over 125 dollars) will be shipped for free via International USPS Standard. Shipping costs do not include customs brokerage fees and other related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping fees.

 

Shipping Delivery Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday 9am to 1pm EST). A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. International orders will be subject to additional verification of billing address, bank and bank phone number. Please allow 2-3 business days for international order verification to be completed. For faster processing, we recommend that you check out with a verified PayPal account. Expect international orders to take 7 to 21 days to be delivered to you.

International Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international returns. All international orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers receive the correct item ordered. Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase. If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will ship you a replacement after the claim is granted.

 

Sales Tax
Sales tax will not be charged on international orders.
